Software Developer - IntelliJ and Web Applications - Remote

Overview

As a Software Developer at Poolside, you will be responsible for designing and implementing product experiences for developers on our multi-tenant cloud and single-tenant enterprise platform.

In Short

• Design and implement product experiences for developers.
• Focus on building IntelliJ and web application experiences.
• Work with editor extensions that utilize poolside platform API.
• Collaborate with designers to explore new capabilities.
• Build highly interactive reactive applications.
• Develop back-end APIs and expose REST endpoints.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Work in a remote-first team across Europe and North America.
• Participate in regular team get-togethers.

Requirements

• Experience with Kotlin is essential.
• Proficient in building reactive applications (React, Svelte, Vue).
• Comfortable with back-end development.
• Experience with developer experience tools.
• Familiarity with testing code and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Go is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Webpack.
• Comfortable with monitoring tools like Grafana and Datadog.
• Experience with feature flagging mechanisms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
