Web Application Software Developer - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented Web Application Software Developer based out of our Raleigh, NC office, with the option to be remote. The successful candidate will utilize their design and development skills to deliver products that are high quality, on time and within budget.

In Short

• Participate in new application development initiatives and support existing applications
• Translate detailed specifications into production-ready code
• Deliver leading edge geospatial solutions through web applications
• Follow documented software development standards
• Complete work based upon the project schedule
• Work with quality assurance tester to resolve problems
• Assist in technical documentation
• Continuously train and learn from peers
• Know or learn to use the tools required for the job

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related area
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with web development languages including HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Experience with TypeScript and frameworks like Angular or React
• SQL programming and relational database concepts
• Experience with .NET using C#, SQL Server
• U.S. Citizenship is required
