Cloud Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Poolside, you will be the liaison between our Enterprise customers and our Cloud Engineers, ensuring that customers can effectively install, manage, and monitor Poolside's platform.

In Short

• Work with customers to deliver a scalable Poolside product.
• Customize deployment scripts to fit specific customer infrastructure requirements.
• Support the engineering team in designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to adapt cloud architecture to their needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for architectures and procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Work with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Programming experience in Go, Ruby, or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and security.
• Experience in creating documentation for technical processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Comfortable with distributed systems and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerization in production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and monitoring solutions.
