In Short

Architect and build backend systems for high-performance services and APIs.
Optimize system performance and scalability for seamless operation.
Enhance security and reliability of distributed systems.
Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated user experiences.
Contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality.
Participate in research and innovation in blockchain technologies.
Interface with customers for support and feedback.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in backend development.
Experience in architecting solutions to ambiguous problems.
Master-level proficiency in Golang, Rust, or C++.
Strong knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
(Plus) Blockchain-specific backend experience.
(Plus) Experience with Ethereum roll-up technologies.
(Plus) Open source contributor.
(Plus) Active participant on ethresear.ch.
