In Short

  • Provide world-class customer support via multiple channels.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming support cases.
  • Take ownership of unresolved cases and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain knowledge articles for the support portal.
  • Record daily communications in the CRM system.
  • Support departmental goals and deliverables.
  • Work shifts between 8am and 8pm as required.

Requirements

  • Professional client handling skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Understanding of API and service technologies.
  • Experience in a technical support position is an asset.
  • Degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field preferred.
