In Short

• Lead the product vision and strategy for the Agentic platform.
• Define and own roadmaps for AI agents in healthcare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Build and manage product backlogs using data-driven analysis.
• Ensure successful adoption and support for product launches.
• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience required.
• Experience with AI and healthcare data is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders are essential.
• Familiarity with Agile practices is necessary.
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS cloud software is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
• 2+ years working with AI and 1 year with agents.
• Experience with health data platforms and commercial tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare data and its applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing innovative products.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices.
• Experience in SaaS and PaaS cloud environments.
