Overview

The Senior Business Process Manager will drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing business processes at PointClickCare, a leading health tech company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Change management experience is essential.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification desired.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
