US Home Equity Processor - Remote

Overview

Point is looking for an experienced US Home Equity Processor to join our Manila team. You will collect, review, and verify documents to close Home equity Investments (HEIs), assist homeowners with their queries, and ensure all conditions are met for a smooth closing process.

In Short

• Review title reports for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to successfully bring an application to a close.
• Review entity documents and determine proper curative steps.
• Use knowledge of curative clearance to obtain necessary documentation.
• Manage processor pipeline within set SLA.
• Communicate with homeowners and various agencies.
• Support pre-closing activities and verify documentation.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of US Mortgage Processing and/or title curative experience preferred.
• Understanding of title issues and curative measures.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting standards.
• Experience with US mortgage modifications is a plus.
• Ability to analyze a title report is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with computers in a paperless environment.
• Interest in real estate and fintech.
