In Short

• We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Sales organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-priority roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines to drive hiring success.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles.
• Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene.
• Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth setting.
• Prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment KPIs.

• Work hours: 6 PM to 3 AM or 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time.
