Overview

Plume is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter to help scale our growing team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, including engineering, marketing, operations, and business development.

In Short

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates, especially in the blockchain, crypto, and fintech sectors.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Act as an advocate for Plume’s brand, showcasing our mission, values, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Track key recruiting metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or technology startups.
• Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
• Strong experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AngelList.
• Exceptional candidate experience skills, with a passion for providing candidates with a positive, transparent, and engaging experience.
• Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) is a major plus.
