In Short

• Own onboarding and operational delivery for key issuer and protocol accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-impact strategic accounts.
• Identify, prioritize, and integrate new issuers and protocols.
• Manage and triage cross-functional support needs.
• Surface and escalate risks or resource bottlenecks.
• Provide structured reporting and insights on deployment progress.
• Design and propose scalable improvements to product operations processes.
• 5+ years experience in product operations or similar role.
• Exceptional problem-solving and unblocker mindset.
• Clear, structured communicator with a track record of writing executive-level summaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product operations, partner operations, or product management.
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex projects.
• Experience working in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or institutional finance.
• Exceptional problem-solving and unblocker mindset.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, protocols, and key industry players.
• Comfortable working with legal, engineering, product, and BD teams.
