Overview

The VP of Product Operations is responsible for leading a centralized team that delivers shared services and operates as a Center of Excellence (CoE) across all product teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and best practices across the product portfolio.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team in Digital UX, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Product Analytics.

• Partner with SVPs of Product for alignment on priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in product, customer/user experience, or marketing.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related role.
• Deep knowledge of self-funded health plans.
• Experience leading operational departments such as Digital UX and Product Marketing.
• Ability to drive operational improvement and communicate needs.
• Aptitude for building consensus among stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process management principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
