Business Intelligence Developer - Client Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Client Operations Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of client data in internal systems and delivering it to external stakeholders. You will own all reporting needs for Client Success and monitor KPIs related to client satisfaction, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational performance.

In Short

• Develop reoccurring reporting and generate daily reports.
• Create self-service reports for market-facing teams based on client needs.
• Measure client performance and report on trends.
• Develop action items for areas failing to meet goals.
• Work with clients and operational partners to identify business needs.
• Create Process Flows or Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical resources.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to review solution options.
• Identify opportunities for system solutions and enhancements.
• Participate in internal and external meetings for plan design.
