Senior Client Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Client Intelligence Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data in internal systems and deliver it to external stakeholders, owning all reporting needs for Client Success and monitoring KPIs related to client satisfaction and operational performance.

In Short

• Develop recurring reporting and generate daily reports.
• Create self-service reports for market-facing teams based on client needs.
• Measure client performance and report on trends.
• Develop action items for areas failing to meet goals.
• Work with clients to ensure implementations meet business requirements.
• Create Process Flows or Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical resources.
• Identify and articulate business requirements with partners.
• Recommend system solutions to enhance claims processing.
• Participate in meetings for plan design and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in reporting development or data analysis.
• 3 years of experience with health insurance products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (ACA, HIPAA).
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
