Overview

AffiniPay is seeking a talented Senior Analyst, Product Intelligence to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, supporting our Product team with data insights to influence product strategy and investment decisions.

• Leverage data to identify insights and opportunities for business decisions.
• Employ analytical frameworks to prioritize product roadmap.

• Build dashboards and reports using Mixpanel and Tableau.
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to drive strategy.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data reporting.

• Work with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable plans.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in product analytics tools and SQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS technology companies.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Understanding of KPIs and statistical modeling.
• Collaborative mindset and customer empathy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills.
