Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Success Management or Strategic Account Management.
• Proven success in strategic consulting and use case development in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent communication skills for C-level discussions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and solutions departments.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational implementation strength.
