Overview

Plivo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to cover a portfolio of customers in the United States and Canada.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

  • Opportunity to work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Familiarity with cloud communications platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to start work early (no later than 8:00 AM CT).
  • Experience working with global teams is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
