In Short

• Maintain Books of Accounts until finalisation
• Manage AP & AR accounting, analysis and followup
• Payment and filing/returns of TDS, GST and other statutory taxes
• Coordinate with statutory auditors in India & US to complete audit in a timely manner
• Liaise with tax department, banks, external vendors and customers as required
• Support any activities required for financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Special projects such as GST refund application, transfer pricing study
• Set up & improve the Company’s processes around accounting & taxation
• Set up & improve our ERP system (NetSuite) to generate financial reports & analysis
• Set up & improve financial controls in our operations

Requirements

• Qualified CA with at least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
• Up to 2 years of experience within the audit/assurance team of a Big-4 or comparable large accounting firm
• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite or SAP is preferred
• High-level knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity accounting is good to have
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential
