In Short

• DCG is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support the company’s financial operations.
• This position will work closely with program managers and senior executives.
• Leverage experience in full-cycle federal contract accounting.
• Execute critical financial operations while enabling long-term planning and reporting.
• Blend demonstrated accounting and business analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and a positive, flexible attitude are essential.
• Expected level of effort is up to 40 hours per week.
• Compensation will be hourly and ineligible for full benefits package.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
• At least 4 years in federal government contract accounting processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (Unanet experience strongly desired).
• Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and DCAA compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Ability to identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage risk.
