You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading Software, Web and mobile app development for business in North America helping independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

In Short

• Oversee and process accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring all invoices and payments are accurate and timely.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and execute monthly invoice uploads for members and retailers, ensuring seamless integration into NetSuite.
• Manage and complete monthly AdRocket Base and Boost invoicing with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct account research and variance analysis, providing actionable insights and contributing to financial strategy.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and readiness with all documentation.
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity, adhering to best practices for data protection.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving workflows, ensuring consistent quality in financial operations.
• Tackle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the broader goals of the organization.

Requirements
