Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and own commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence in presenting to C-Level executives.
  • Skilled in account planning and navigating enterprise-level relationships.
  • Resilient and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
