PlayStation has an exciting career opportunity for a Technical Account Manager II to ensure that our game development partners have the best possible experience while developing on PlayStation platforms.

In Short

  • Lead partner relationships and collaborate globally.
  • Bridge technical and business aspects of development.
  • Identify project risks and support needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues for accounts.
  • Collect partner feedback and advocate within PlayStation.
  • Recommend standard methodologies to partners.
  • Provide onsite support and training.
  • Contribute to training events and advisory panels.

Requirements

  • Engineering experience with game SDKs.
  • Understanding of game development pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with development tools.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Willingness to travel and coordinate with technical expertise.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean or Japanese.
