Overview

The Payroll Analyst role is an operational role designed to provide leading payroll and vendor management services support to Sony Interactive Entertainment, ensuring accurate and timely payroll results for the UK and Ireland.

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and high satisfaction.
• Liaise between outsource provider and functional staff to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Finance for seamless payroll integration.
• Oversee payroll preparation and processing for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the main contact between the company and payroll vendor.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with the vendor.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with UK payroll legislation.
• Provide timely resolution for payroll queries.
• Develop positive relationships with payroll vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in house and/or managed service payroll in a large organization.
• Good technical knowledge of UK payroll.
• Ability to collaborate across teams for change requests.
• Passion for exceptional service quality.
• Proactive issue anticipation and relationship development.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data.
• Analytical skills.
• General understanding of payroll systems.
