Product Manager - Private Cloud Director - Remote

In Short

• Drive the vision & execution for Platform9’s Private Cloud Director.
• Work closely with customers to understand their processes and pain points.
• Transform knowledge into innovative solutions for private cloud technology.
• Define metrics for customer engagement and product success.
• Act as a trusted advisor for select customers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enable sales.
• Communicate customer requirements to the Platform9 team.
• Provide training materials and best practices to customers.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead through influence.
• Proactive, energetic, and creative problem solver.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and technologies like VMware.
• Background in virtualization, containerization, or cloud is a plus.
• Enjoy discovering customer use cases and resolving product issues.
• Passion for cloud technologies.
• Experience in product management or customer success is a plus.
