The Marketing Cloud Product Director is a technical leader who keeps Sercante on the forefront of Marketing Cloud product updates, changes, and enhancements - for Marketing Cloud Engagement & Personalization products.

• Maintaining a pulse on Marketing Cloud related asks/themes from clients.
• Assisting in testing new and existing features, functionality, and solutions.
• Creating templates and processes to support project delivery in the Marketing Cloud space.
• Training internal teams and clients on new features and innovative solutions.
• Building tools to assess team member knowledge/skills.
• Monitoring pipeline health & creating annual & quarterly GTM plans.
• Partnering with Sales to scope Marketing Cloud projects.
• Supporting the Delivery Team as a technical resource.
• Defining processes and solutions to create efficiencies in project delivery.
• Providing direct service to clients with complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing solutions within the Marketing Cloud space.
• Experience in Professional Services or Client Services.
• Possess all relevant Salesforce Certifications.
• Deep experience translating technical concepts into workable solutions.
• Enjoy working in a technical environment.
• Strong organizational, consulting, interpersonal and communication skills.
