Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in the APAC region to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our protocol as we prepare for mainnet. In this role, you will work closely with our core engineers to support our protocol.

In Short

• Architect, implement, and maintain infrastructure for large-scale Rust-based services.
• Develop tooling and automated processes for monitoring and incident response.
• Drive continuous improvements in reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers on architectural decisions.
• Own end-to-end availability for critical services.
• Design and implement deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack.
• Champion a DevOps culture across the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• Proficient in cloud-native tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High degree of ownership in decision-making.
