Manager, People Operations - Remote

Overview

As we scale, we are looking for a Manager, People Operations who will play a critical role in designing, improving, and executing people programs that support employee and business growth.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across all functions.
• Oversee a broad scope of people operations functions.
• Manage compensation projects including market surveys.
• Provide coaching and feedback to leaders on employee engagement.
• Act as subject matter expert on employee relations.
• Use people data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with XFn People team members.
• Manage a distributed team of business partners.
• 6+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or HR Program Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the team member lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
• Comfortable using technology including Google Workspace, ADP, and Lattice.
• Strong ability to analyze HR data and people metrics.
• Empathetic leader with coaching abilities.
• Understanding of revenue performance and operations preferred.
