Overview

As a Customer Success Manager for Canadian Civil Government, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies across Canada. You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Planet data into their workflows for applications such as environmental monitoring, emergency response, and land management.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate training, onboarding, and best practices.
  • Advocate for feature enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Support customer needs with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for account insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and Earth observation technologies.
  • Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requirements.
  • Willingness to travel.
