Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Plaid, where you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce platform.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Utilize out-of-the-box automation vs customizations.
• Collaborate with business tech and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Triggers, and REST APIs.
• Work with VS Code, Github, and CICD processes.
• Write technical specifications documents.
• Work on user stories related to ongoing projects.
• Plan knowledge transfer processes with the sustaining team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Masters preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex programming and Lightning framework.
• 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including SQL fluency.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Build productive relationships across the organization.
• Drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Own Salesforce data integrity.
