Overview

A client of Attain Partners is seeking an IT Senior Salesforce Developer. This individual will be a key leader in developing, customizing, and optimizing the client's Salesforce environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and integration while ensuring alignment with the company’s IT strategies.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership and expertise across Salesforce domains.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT to develop and implement Salesforce strategies.
• Lead Agile development sprints and manage the full lifecycle of complex Salesforce projects.
• Mentor and support IT Specialists and team members.
• Oversee the rollout of Salesforce updates and security patches.
• Continuously monitor system performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Provide expert-level technical support to internal and external users.
• Implement and enforce security protocols.
• Produce clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Salesforce certifications required.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
