As a Leasing Agent at Placemakr, you will play a pivotal role in delighting our residents throughout their journey, making them feel valued and supported from their first tour to their move-in day and beyond.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of hitting leasing or sales goals.
• Strong skills in presenting and negotiating.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow administrative processes.
• Can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
