Overview

As a Technical Program Manager II at Pinterest, you will assist with the creation and maintenance of the strategic headcount resourcing program, focusing on automation and reporting.

In Short

• Maintain and upgrade reports tracking Engineering and Product headcount.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for headcount-related requests.
• Lead automation for headcount reports and processes.
• Point of Contact for HR, Finance, and Recruiting on headcount.
• Ensure high customer feedback scores.
• Build advanced metrics for leadership forums.
• Assist with proof of concept tools for Org Insight team.
• Support planning and budgeting programs.

Requirements

• Experience in creating and implementing automation and reporting programs.
• B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience with Google Sheets and multi-sheet workbooks.
• Basic SQL knowledge, preferably with Snowflake.
• Basic JavaScript or Google App development experience.
• Ability to analyze and communicate insights from data.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with headcount management processes.
