Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, ensuring the Legal & Compliance team operates efficiently.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting a VP-level executive.
  • Proficiency in gSuite, Slack, Workday, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • US based applicants only.
