Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re a high-growth HR tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. We need an Operations Manager who can own critical processes and take ownership of growing legal and compliance demands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or operations ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience reviewing vendor agreements, commercial contracts, NDAs, and compliance policies.
• Hands-on GDPR/data protection experience (ISO27001/SOC2).
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• A pragmatic decision-maker.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong collaborator, especially in supporting Sales with contract negotiations and compliance queries.
• Experience with fundraising (Series A/B/C) is a plus.
• Based in the UK with work authorization.
