• Lead and drive the security strategy for TiDB Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
• 8+ years in technical program management, focusing on cloud security.
• Experience in driving large-scale security initiatives.
• Understanding of security standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize demands.
• Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
