Senior Technical Program Manager, Security - Remote

Overview

GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), Security to drive execution, alignment, and accountability across security initiatives. You will work closely with security engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and product teams to develop strategic roadmaps, establish metrics, and ensure seamless program execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in security.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale security initiatives.
• Strong experience in roadmap development and execution management.
• Excellent ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in building and tracking security KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
• Technical understanding of security concepts is a plus.
