Overview

The Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury will lead the tax and treasury functions at Ping Identity, ensuring compliance and optimizing the global tax structure while safeguarding the company’s liquidity and financial risk posture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in tax and treasury.
• Strong background in U.S. and international corporate tax.
• Proven track record managing multinational structures.
• Experience in the technology sector preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
