Overview

The Senior Support Engineer will provide product support to customers, manage support cases, and ensure the products in cloud environments are well-maintained. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer service and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Advanced Certification or 2+ years experience with Ping products.
  • Experience in data analysis and correlation.
  • Strong understanding of complex system analysis.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of IAM Security best practices.
  • Proficient in change management.
  • Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in system administration is a plus.
