Overview

As a Senior Contract Negotiator at Ping Identity, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, negotiating, and managing various commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  • Review and negotiate license agreements.

  • Handle cross-functional approval management.
  • Draft and revise commercial contracts supporting sales teams.
  • Maintain contract management processes and files.
  • Review and manage NDAs.
  • Serve as a resource on company policies.
  • Establish review processes to mitigate risks.
  • Assist with GDPR compliance and procurement agreements.
  • Contribute to contract templates and negotiation guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Law preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
