Product Operations & Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization.

In Short

• Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and produce ongoing product-related reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization.
• Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Report to the Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.
• Light to moderate travel may be required.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, or finance.
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field.
• Familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry is a plus.
• Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Light to moderate travel may be required.
