In Short

• Steward customer usage data and ensure accurate measurement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify KPIs around product usage.
• Define metrics that track product performance and execution.
• Generate customer adoption dashboards and reports.
• Develop product productivity reports and dashboards.
• Design and execute database queries that drive KPIs.
• Create automated procedures to measure progress.
• Maintain and enhance product analytics platform.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for data-centric approaches.
• Work on in-app messaging to support user onboarding.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business intelligence and analytical skills.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in data coding languages like SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
