Consumer & Retail Associate - CFO Services - Remote

Overview

As a Consumer & Retail Associate on the CFO Services team, you will help deliver world-class strategic finance advice and fundraising consulting directly to founders of some of the most exciting consumer startups.

In Short

• Partner with Senior Managers to help clients with financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop models to track KPIs and analyze sales performance.
• Deliver measurable improvements in financial KPIs.
• Manage ongoing budget monitoring and variance reporting.
• Support investor discussions and board meetings.
• Assist with fundraising initiatives and investor decks.
• Evaluate key business initiatives and run ad-hoc analyses.
• Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Technical expertise in accounting or finance for consumer & retail companies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or strategic finance.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Highly analytical with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Passion for the Consumer & Retail industry.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems rigorously.
