Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Pilot, you will be part of a team focused on equipping small and medium-sized businesses with tools to gain close control and visibility into their finances, delivering real-time insights and empowering business owners.

In Short

• Partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Lead the end-to-end product design process.
• Develop user workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design within an established design system.
• Deliver thoughtful solutions and detailed specs.
• Collaborate with internal/external users for data gathering.
• Mentor other designers on strategy and craft.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Consumer Product, Enterprise, SaaS, or Service Design.
• Strong product and systems thinking skills.
• Attention to detail in design craftsmanship.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project leads and stakeholders.
• Understanding of business impact of design decisions.
