Consulting Services Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Consulting Services Operations Manager at Pilot, you will help clients solve critical financial and business strategy challenges while driving and analyzing key business processes within CFO Services and COO Services.

In Short

• Drive and analyze key business processes in Consulting Services.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with month-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Maintain metrics and analysis of team KPIs.
• Partner with team leads for informed decision-making.
• Identify trends and additional revenue opportunities.
• Generate insights to improve Consulting Services processes.
• Support onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of finance, data analytics, or operations experience.
• Excel modeling skills with large data sets.
• Experience with data visualization software and/or SQL is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.
• Can-do attitude towards problem-solving.
• Project management experience with minimal guidance.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice to have: Experience with contracts (e.g., Zuora).
