Overview

The Consulting Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of the Consulting Team, ensuring project and resource management efficiency, team performance, and effective collaboration with other departments.

In Short

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of consulting department policies.
  • Provide managerial guidance and coaching to team leads and consultants.
  • Address team and client escalations.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team leads.
  • Complete performance reviews for team members.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct discovery calls and develop scopes of work.
  • Provide oversight of all open projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in operations or team management.
  • Familiarity with EHR/PM systems like NextGen.
  • Experience with Government Incentives programs preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor teams.
  • Skilled in resource allocation and project oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
