Requirements

  • 5-7 years as a Workers Compensation premium auditor.
  • Advanced knowledge of NCCI, WCIRB, and bureau regulations.
  • Experience with multi-state audits and complex regulatory knowledge.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in insurance operations.
  • Expert understanding of premium audit procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with classification systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex accounting structures.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing difficult customer relationships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
