Director of Billing and Collections - Remote

Overview

The Director of Billing and Collections will be responsible for building and leading the company's billing and collections function as we scale our Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto Insurance business. This leader will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant premium invoicing and collections while reducing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in premium billing and collections.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in billing automation and ERP systems.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Data-driven approach with experience in SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
