• Oversee the billings, credit & collections teams.
• Drive process enhancements and automation projects.
• Develop and implement credit and collections policies.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable status.
• Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers.
• Prepare and present performance reports.
• Support month-end close processes and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Billings/Collections.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billings operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Proven ability to design and optimize order-to-cash processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
