Digital Marketing and IT Specialist - Remote

Overview

PhysMED is seeking a highly technical and creative Digital Marketing and IT Specialist to help drive patient growth, strengthen our brand presence, and maintain our technology infrastructure. This hybrid role combines social media marketing, lead generation, website management, IT support, and Salesforce administration.

In Short

• Plan and execute social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies to generate patient leads.
• Maintain and optimize PhysMED’s websites, landing pages, and online presence.
• Upgrade, maintain, and integrate new tools within our Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
• Provide general IT support across multiple locations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Research, recommend, and implement new technology solutions to support company growth.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and IT support roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration (Health Cloud preferred), website development (WordPress or similar), and digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, marketing analytics, and CRM lead workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating software applications (APIs, Zapier, Workato).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
