Phil is a Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions, connecting patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers for better healthcare access.

In Short

• Own product analytics at Phil.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Conduct deep dives into user behavior.
• Define metrics that guide the product roadmap.
• Optimize funnels and support experimentation.
• Build dashboards and reporting for data accessibility.
• Develop and maintain clear data definitions.
• Drive a culture of data-informed decision making.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product analytics or data science.
• Experience with user funnels, cohorts, and retention.
• Ability to communicate insights and influence strategy.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Prior experience in operations-heavy platforms is a plus.
